Q:  HOW DO I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE?

An invoice is delivered via email or regular mail upon completion of the job, with the exception of dumpster rentals. The dumpster rental fee is paid prior to delivery of the dumpster, and tipping fees (plus storage fees if applicable) will be charged after. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and e-transfer.*  

If we have your email on file you will also have the option to pay online!

Q:  WHAT SIZE DUMPSTERS DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?

We will dispose of most non-hazardous materials such as; construction debris, demolition or renovation debris, yard trimmings, green waste, household junk, appliances, furniture, scrap metal, dirt, sod, rocks, gravel, cement, concrete, bricks, asphalt, drywall, roofing, and garbage.

LANDFILL FEES:

• General/Mixed Waste (Food Waste Accepted): $165 per tonne*
• Construction and Demolition material (C&D):  $66 per tonne*

Q:  IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN’T TAKE?

We cannot accept any hazardous materials such as chemicals, gasoline, oils, solvents, car batteries, asbestos, propane tanks, or any type of toxic or biological waste.

Q:  WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH TIRES AND PAINT?

You can dispose of tires for free at your local service station, and paint can be dropped at the bottle recycling depot - also for free!  We can take your tires for an additional $5+tax/tire.  We can also take your paint cans as long as the top is off and they are completely empty and dry.

Q:  HOW SOON CAN I GET A UNIT AFTER I BOOK?

Please allow for 24 hours notice when booking a delivery or pickup. We work extra hard to deliver top notch service, but please be patient as delays are inevitable.

Q:  HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE DUMPSTER ON-SITE?

A typical rental is up to 7 days.  Storage fees will be applied to any rental over 7 days.  ($25/day $100/week or $200/month)

Q:  DO I NEED TO BE ONSITE FOR DELIVERY?

That is completely up to you.  We understand life is busy, so if you can't be there, no problem at all.  Just tell us when and where, and a dumpster will be there when you get home. Feel free to send a picture to bookings@jtrservces.ca of where you would like the bin placed.
